“Anthony provided carpentry and painting services during the renovation of a 1916 two story home in Hyde Park. First, he had to install floor joists and floor on about 800 square feet of the second story of the house and then secondly had to lead a crew in the repairing of the entire exterior structure. This required extensive wood repair, stucco repair, reglazing of windows, scraping and painting. Both jobs where bid in advance to a specified amount and the terms of the bid where completed in a timely and quality manner. There was little margin for error in the installation of the floor and the precision of the resulting work, especially considering the dimensions of the beams being fitted, was excellent. The wood repair and stucco repair on the exterior of the house of this age was a rather extensive undertaking and resulted in an excellent finish. The renovations of this property over the last five years have required the services of many trade persons. Anthony, in my opinion, is one of the most professional and courteous of the individuals that we have contracted with. He fully met his commitments and in the inevitable general stresses of such projects, behaved consistently in an exemplary manner.
